Self-Portrait vs. Selfie
Theres a big difference between self-portraits and selfies. Self portraits are similar to selfies because in both selfies and self-portraits, you're taking a picture of yourself. However, the big difference between Self-portraits and selfies is that in selfies, you're holding the camera and pointing at yourself. In Self-Portraits, you're not holding the camera, and the camera is either on a tripod, or on something.
Selfies are taken a lot more commonly used than self-portraits. Most people take selfies on their phone rather than taking self-portraits. However self-portraits are used sometimes.
Self-portraits in my opinion, are cooler than selfies. However, they're a lot less common because they're harder to take. However, self-portraits are usually more in-depth.
